At Nouriq Plans, all products are digital and delivered instantly after purchase. Because of this, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been completed. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Digital Downloads (Sports Guides, Weight-Loss Menus, E-Books)

These are non-refundable, as files are immediately accessible after payment.
If you experience a technical issue (for example, download problems or receiving the wrong file), please contact nikki@nouriqplans.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll assist promptly.

Personalised Meal Plans

Personalised meal plans are custom-created based on your questionnaire responses and nutrition needs. As they are bespoke digital services, they are non-refundable once the plan has been created or delivered.

However, if you believe there has been an error in your plan or you need a small correction (e.g., incorrect food preferences, allergies not reflected), email us within 7 days and we’ll gladly make reasonable adjustments.

All files are provided in digital format. Please ensure you download and back up your documents promptly. Nouriq Plans is not responsible for lost downloads after 30 days.
