Eating for Energy: What I Learned About My Energy Levels While Travelling
After three weeks of travelling through America, I noticed my own energy levels weren't quite where they usually are. With more walking, busy days, eating out and less structure around meals, I realised I wasn't always eating enough or getting the balance I normally would at home.
This experience reminded me that eating for energy isn't about finding a magic food or supplement. It's about the basics: eating enough, building balanced meals, including carbohydrates, staying hydrated and making sure busy days don't turn into accidentally skipping meals.
In this blog, I share what I focused on during my travels to feel more energised, and how you can apply the same principles to your everyday routine.
