4-Ingredient High Fibre Oat Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unsweetened peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Description:

These 4-ingredient high-fibre oat cookies are a quick and nourishing snack or treat. Made with oats, chia seeds and peanut butter, they’re rich in fibre and ready in just 25 minutes. Ideal for an afternoon bite or a healthier treat.

Directions:

  • Set the oven to 180°C (350°F) to preheat.

  • In a bowl, stir together the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.

  • Add the oats and mix until everything is well coated. If you’d like, stir in the chia seeds and cinnamon.

  • Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape into cookies.

  • Arrange them on a baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes.

  • Let the cookies rest on the tray for 5 minutes, then move them to a cooling rack to cool fully.
