4-Ingredient High Fibre Oat Cookies Recipe
Ingredients:
½ cup unsweetened peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 ½ cups rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Directions:
Set the oven to 180°C (350°F) to preheat.
In a bowl, stir together the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth.
Add the oats and mix until everything is well coated. If you’d like, stir in the chia seeds and cinnamon.
Divide the mixture into 6 portions and shape into cookies.
Arrange them on a baking tray and bake for about 15 minutes.
Let the cookies rest on the tray for 5 minutes, then move them to a cooling rack to cool fully.
