Your New Go-To Smoothies

1. Berry Protein Smoothie 🫐

  • 1 cup berries of choice (blueberries/ strawberries/raspberries)

  • ½ medium banana/ 1 small banana

  • A handful of baby spinach

  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds

  • 1 scoop (20g) protein powder

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice/ plain yoghurt

    Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.

  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy.

2. Get-Yo-Greens Smoothie 💚

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/3 cup spinach

  • 1/3 cup kale

  • 1/4 cucumber

  • 1/2 green apple

  • 1 kiwi

  • 1-3 tsp honey (optional)

  • Ice cubes or add water

Directions:

  • Core the pear and cut away the tough center of the kiwi.

  • Add ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.

  • And enjoy!

3. Creamy Chocolate Smoothie 🍫

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 Handful of baby spinach

  • 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 3/4 cup reduced-fat coconut milk (or regular)

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence

  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

  • additional water or ice cubes, if needed

Directions:

  • Place ingredients in a blender and mix until creamy.

  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!
