Your New Go-To Smoothies
1. Berry Protein Smoothie 🫐
1 cup berries of choice (blueberries/ strawberries/raspberries)
½ medium banana/ 1 small banana
A handful of baby spinach
1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
1 scoop (20g) protein powder
1/2 cup milk of choice/ plain yoghurt
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy.
2. Get-Yo-Greens Smoothie 💚
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup spinach
1/3 cup kale
1/4 cucumber
1/2 green apple
1 kiwi
1-3 tsp honey (optional)
Ice cubes or add water
Directions:
Core the pear and cut away the tough center of the kiwi.
Add ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
And enjoy!
3. Creamy Chocolate Smoothie 🍫
1 frozen banana
1 Handful of baby spinach
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
3/4 cup reduced-fat coconut milk (or regular)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp honey (optional)
additional water or ice cubes, if needed
Directions:
Place ingredients in a blender and mix until creamy.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
